Welcome to GK Chattels. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our
website, products, and services. By purchasing from us or accessing our website, you agree to
be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1.1 GK Chattels (“we,” “our,” “us”) is a retailer of home décor, tableware, and lifestyle goods.
1.2 By purchasing from us, you agree that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of
a parent/guardian.

2. Orders
2.1 All orders placed are subject to availability and acceptance.
2.2 Prices are listed in PKR and are subject to change without notice.
2.3 We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
2.4 Orders must be placed exclusively through our website. We do not accept orders via
WhatsApp, Direct Messages (DM), or phone calls.
3. Payment
3.1 Payments can be made through [cash on delivery and bank transfer].
4. Shipping & Delivery
4.1 Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our control.
4.2 Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for
delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect details.
4.3 Delivery charges may apply and will be communicated at checkout.
5. Refund & Exchange Policy
5.1 We do not offer refunds.
5.2 Exchanges are permitted within 48 hours after delivery, subject to product condition.
5.3 Only Luxe Tableware and Luxe Home Décor items must be returned in their original
packaging and handed over to the rider at the time of exchange.
5.4 Products damaged due to customer misuse are not eligible for exchange.
6. Product Information
6.1 All product descriptions and images are provided for reference and may vary slightly due to
handmade/artisanal finishes or screen settings.
6.2 We strive for accuracy, but errors in pricing, descriptions, or availability may occur.
7. Communication
7.1 GK Chattels does not attend phone calls.
7.2 We are available to assist customers via WhatsApp and Direct Message (DM) during office
hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
7.3 While we are happy to guide and assist via WhatsApp or DM, all orders must be placed
through our website.
7.4 We strongly encourage clients to place their orders directly through the website to ensure
accuracy and timely processing.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 All content, logos, product images, and materials on our website and social platforms are
the intellectual property of GK Chattels.
8.2 You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without prior written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 GK Chattels is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising
from the use of our products or website.
9.2 Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.
