Each GK Chattels piece is designed and crafted in collaboration with skilled artisans who share our dedication to quality and timeless design. Our ceramics, marble, and home décor collections are produced in limited quantities to ensure craftsmanship, character, and exclusivity.

2. What materials do you use?
We work primarily with fine ceramic, natural marble, and select décor materials chosen for their elegance, durability, and distinctive beauty. Minor variations in color, veining, or texture are natural and celebrated as part of each piece’s individuality.

3. Are your products handmade?
Yes — many of our designs are handcrafted or hand-finished by artisans. Each item carries subtle marks of its making, reflecting authenticity and attention to detail.

4. How long does delivery take?
All orders are dispatched within 3–5 working days across Pakistan. Please note that we do not offer international delivery at this time.

5. What are the delivery charges?
We offer nationwide delivery at a flat rate of PKR 350.

6. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message with your tracking details.

7. What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept both Cash on Delivery (COD) and Bank Transfer.

8. What is your exchange or refund policy?
We offer an exchange policy for items that arrive damaged or defective, provided they are reported within 48 hours of delivery. Please note that we do not offer refunds at this time.

9. How should I care for my GK Chattels pieces?
To preserve their beauty, clean your pieces gently with a soft cloth and mild soap. Avoid abrasive cleaners, harsh chemicals, or extreme temperatures. For marble, wipe spills promptly to maintain its natural sheen.

10. Do you offer gift packaging?
All GK Chattels orders are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. Gift wrapping or personalized notes can be arranged upon request at the time of order.

11. What if an item I love is sold out?
Our collections are produced in limited quantities. If a piece is out of stock, you may WhatsApp us to be notified when it’s restocked or if a similar piece becomes available.
