1. Order Confirmation

  • Orders are confirmed once the customer receives an order confirmation via call, WhatsApp, or email.

  • GK Chattels reserves the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspicious activity.

2. Payment Methods

We currently offer the following payment options:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Bank Transfer / Online Payment (where applicable)

Orders placed via bank transfer will only be processed once the payment is confirmed.

3. Delivery Policy

  • Orders are delivered through trusted courier partners across Pakistan.

  • Delivery time typically ranges from 3–7 working days, depending on the city.

  • Flat PKR350 is charged on all orders nationwide.

Please ensure that the shipping address and contact information provided are accurate.

4. Parcel Handling

Customers are advised to check the parcel at the time of delivery. GK Chattels is not responsible for damage caused due to mishandling after the parcel has been received.

5. Returns & Exchanges

We aim to maintain high product quality. However, returns or exchanges may be accepted under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged or defective

  • The wrong item was delivered

Customers must report such issues within 24 hours of receiving the order with clear photos or videos as proof.

Items will not be eligible for return or exchange if:

  • The claim is made after the reporting period

  • The product has been used or damaged by the customer

6. Refund Policy

  • We have a strict no refund policy. 

7. Order Refusal

Customers who repeatedly place orders and refuse them at delivery may be restricted from placing future Cash on Delivery orders.
