• At GK Chattels, we maintain a strict no-refund policy.
• All purchases are final and cannot be reversed once completed.
Exchange Policy
• Eligibility: Exchanges are strictly limited to cases where a product arrives damaged. To qualify,
customers must provide clear photographic or video evidence of the damage within 24 hours of
delivery.
• Exclusions: Exchanges will not be offered for change of mind, subjective quality concerns, or
any reason other than verified damage.
• Processing Time: Once the claim has been reviewed and approved, the exchange process will
take 7–10 working days.
• Delivery Charges: Customers are responsible for covering all delivery or courier charges
related to exchanges. Courier companies do not accept liability for mishandled items, and we
are unable to absorb these costs.
• Original Packaging Requirement: For all Luxe Tableware and Luxe Home Décor items, the
product must be returned in its original packaging and handed directly to the rider upon arrival
for the exchange. Exchanges cannot be processed if the original packaging is missing.
• Preventive Measures: GK Chattels has implemented enhanced packaging standards to
minimize the risk of damage during transit. However, once dispatched, responsibility for
handling lies with the courier service.
• Exchange Vouchers: In cases where customers prefer, we also provide exchange vouchers of
equal value, which can be redeemed on our website for any other product of choice.
