At GK Chattels, we believe luxury should be experienced, not limited. Our rental service was created to make our bespoke tableware and décor accessible for every occasion — from intimate dinners to grand celebrations. By offering our collection on hire, we allow you to host with elegance, without the commitment of ownership.

Rental Terms & Conditions - FOR LAHORE ONLY

1. Booking & Confirmation

  • All rental orders must be placed at least 7 days prior to the required date.

  • To confirm an order, customers are required to pay a 20% refundable security deposit (calculated on the retail price of the rented items).

  • The rental fee must be paid in full before delivery/pickup.

2. Rental Period

  • Daily Rental: 24 hours.

  • Weekly Rental: 7 days.

  • Late returns will be charged at the applicable daily rental rate per day.

3. Rental Fee

  • Rental fees are calculated as a percentage of the retail price:

    • Daily Rental: 25% of retail price.

    • Weekly Rental: 35% of retail price.

  • Delivery and maintenance costs are added to the final rental price.

4. Security Deposit

  • A refundable security deposit of 20% of the retail price is required at booking to confirm the order.

  • The deposit will be refunded within 3–5 business days after the items are returned in satisfactory condition.

5. Damage, Breakage & Loss

  • In case of loss of any item, the full security deposit will be withheld.

  • In case of damage, a percentage of the security deposit will be withheld depending on the severity of the damage, as determined by GK Chattels.

6. Maintenance & Packaging

  • All items must be handled with care and returned in their original packaging (where applicable).

  • Items must be free of food residue and need to be deep-cleaned.

  • Customers are liable for any cleaning or repair costs resulting from misuse.

7. Cancellations

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before delivery will be fully refunded.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of delivery will incur a flat charge of PKR 4,000, which will be deducted from the security deposit.

8. Malfunction & Repair

  • If an item arrives damaged or faulty, the customer must notify GK Chattels immediately upon delivery.

  • Replacement or repair will be provided at no extra cost if the fault was pre-existing.

  • If malfunction or damage occurs due to customer misuse, charges will apply.

9. Liability

  • GK Chattels is not responsible for any injury, damage, or loss arising from the use of rented products.

  • Customers assume full responsibility for all items once delivered into their care.

10. Acknowledgement

  • Customers are required to sign and agree to these Terms & Conditions prior to confirmation of booking.
